Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to lead our marketing efforts, drive engagement campaigns, and bolster Neural's brand within the web3 and decentralized artificial intelligence (DeAI) community. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and the rapidly evolving AI landscape. Excellent communication skills, a proactive management style, and the ability to thrive in a diverse team environment are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engage with the AI developer community.
Utilize analytics tools to measure marketing penetration and adjust strategies accordingly. Previous experience with Galxe and traditional marketing analytics preferred.
Manage and engage with our community across various platforms including website blogs, Twitter, Discord, Telegram, etc.
Create compelling visual and audio content that aligns with Neural's brand identity.
Establish partnerships with key opinion leaders, media organizations, and other stakeholders in the Web3 space.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, preferably with exposure to web3, AI, and/or traditional B2B marketing.
Exceptional written and spoken English; experience with engaging large audiences preferred.
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, social media platforms, and digital marketing channels.
Ability to manage complex marketing tasks across different time zones in a remote work environment.
